TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR THE RESERVATION APPLICATION

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the reservation application (“Application”) operated by Hamacapp (Innovaciones Barrero S.L.), hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Platform.” These Terms establish the legal rights and obligations between you (“User” or “You”) and us in relation to the use of the Application.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Application.

2. USE OF THE APPLICATION

The Application allows Users to make reservations at commercial establishments registered on the Platform. During the reservation process, information will be provided regarding the specific cancellation policy of each business, including the cancellation period prior to the reservation.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy of each business is independent and will be clearly communicated during the reservation process. You agree and understand that cancellation conditions may vary among different commercial establishments, and it is your responsibility to review and accept such conditions before confirming the reservation.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the reservation process. Any errors in the information provided, including dates and reservation times, are the sole responsibility of the User.

5. PLATFORM LIABILITY

The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between the User and commercial establishments. We do not assume responsibility for the quality of services provided by businesses or any disputes related to reservations.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon their publication in the Application. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

7. TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seville, Spain.
